Worship Choir

The Worship Choir at St. John is widely known and respected in our community. The diverse musical flavor of this choir has awarded them wide-spread local and regional recognition as well as synodical recognition as one of the best gospel and urban style choirs in the Missouri Synod, and probably one of the only urban-gospel style choirs in the Missouri Synod. With one CD (Worship Praise Magnify) and another CD on the way (uninhibited) the music of the Worship Choir and Band at St. John truly helps transform lives that are at the intersection of faith and life.

Under the direction of Bobby Schroeder, the St. John Worship Choir leads others into a deeper worship life. More than just singing on a Sunday morning at the Sanctuary Praise worship venue, the St. John Worship Choir is built around community and relationships. With no auditions necessary and a “low-commitment” approach, the Worship Choir strives to lead with many hearts and one voice.

Generally, rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings.
